Worked with Brenda and Brad to find my first home and it was a truly awesome experience! The team at Property Peddler always made sure I knew what was going on throughout the whole process and took the time to explain things to me that I would have otherwise known nothing about! They were patient during the search and showings then then prompt and quick when putting in offers and closing the deal! They went above and beyond - Thank you!

Worked with Brad and Brenda to find a house, they were so patient explaining all the in and outs of home buying. They took a lot of time showing different properties to us. Greatly appreciate the professionalism and exceptional service received!

Brad & Brenda's team at Property Peddler are outstanding! They are professional, operate with a high sense of integrity, and true experts in the market. We lost our father and needed to sell his property which was an overwhelming responsibility while grieving and living remotely out of state. They guided us and made the process manageable and less stressful. We appreciated their balance of expertise & empathy. They sold our property and we were very satisfied with pricing and negotiations done on our behalf. Reach out to Property Peddler....they surpassed our expectations! Thank you Brad, Brenda, and the entire Property Peddler Team!

Took advantage of the fact I was no longer in state. Promised me a reserve price then dropped it day of auction. Told me would never see the appraisal amount out of my home even if I invested money then sold the house for more than it appraised for. Sold tools worth hundreds of dollars for pennies on the dollar. Family pictures destroyed due to flooding and negligence. Was promised homeowners insurance would cover damages then charged me 3x the amount of a normal contractor for the area. Didn't take any pictures for the insurance company and was denied my claim. He charged me over 21 dollars an hour and for the metro area is ridiculous. Living in Seattle Washington where minimum wage is 15.00 an hour I could have hired a temp agency to clean the house faster. So many discrepancies it funny. Times changed and threats made if I didn't put money into the house. I should have just let the mortgage company auction the house the would have actually gotten me the money from the house it was worth. I have all the texts and emails of Brad telling me I would at most see 130,000 out of my house. He just sold it for 157,000 and got it from me for the same price it was auctioned to my grandparent at in 95. Things were thrown away that could have been sold and overall it was a very nerve racking experience. Especially when someone pulls the Brass drain plug from the basement 24 hours before closing so the entire basement floods. Then tell me I have to pay damages or they are out and I have to reimburse them. A 2014 lawnmower sold for 200 dollars and a craftsman toolbox that's over 1000 dollars at sears sold for 100 bucks. Pneumatic tools sold for 5 dollars, 80 gallon air compressor sold for 50 bucks. My grandfathers tool box was insured for 10,000. The tool box and tools sold for less than 500 dollars. If you are not present and in state, This man will screw you. I lived in Hecker for 20 years never have I had someone so blatantly dishonest tell me over and over again how they were on my side to screw me over in the end. He bought the house himself and flipped it. Even charged me commission for selling the house to himselfYea see the price difference from what you bought from me for your personal gain. As well as the refrigerators and the obvious washer and dryer from my basement you told me you threw away. So your selling items you stole from me!
