I usually come to this gas station all the time to pump my gas however, this time I came for a car wash. I went through the car wash and paid for the ultimate car wash which is $11. After getting my car out of the car wash, it was still filthy as if I never washed it. I went in and asked the attendant would he never go ahead and reimburse me for my car wash and he said no.

This place is great I bought something they let me use the microwave some guy came in asked to use their phone and they let him and they have a working restroom which they let people use and they were very respectful.

I like this Bp because their prices are a bit lower compared to others I've visited. The employees are nice and friendly, that alone is why I prefer to go to this Bp. Great service goes a long way.

I paid for a car wash at the pump. The car wash was not working. I went inside to get a refund and was told no refund. I clarified with the gentlemen, “You know the car wash is broken, but I can not get a refund?” He replied, correct. ? I was in shock. Everyone realize that if you pay for a service here, and they can not provide it, they will not give you your money back.
