The lady I scheduled the apt with had me concerned and to be honest I didn’t expect much when I went in here today, but when I tell you Dr De Jean really made me happy and I am truly glad I decided to show up. He really went above and beyond and I can’t tell you what a breath of fresh air that was. Iv been disappointed and let down by the professionals a lot since my son was born 2019. He really took care of us . Great bedside managers, encouragement, empathy, and all the resources that we needed. I’m really grateful for Dr De Jean to be my child’s primary Dr. He has the love of Christ in him and I truly felt it. I had prayed for someone who cares and Christ truly delivered when he lead me into Aunt Marta’s to visit with this Dr. (Dr De Jean) I’m very pleased and looking at these reviews I’m glad I didn’t see them before the visit. Maybe the staff changed or something because I had a totally different experience. It was quick, it wasn’t crowned they’re not overbooked or overwhelmed. This was my first visit but certainly will not be my last. Thank you Dr De Jean and Staff. You guys are the best.❤️❤️❤️

Usually not a problem at this facility. Even though the pandemic it was decent here. Today however the vibe of the whole place was a lot different it has been about 9 months since I've been here last. A lot of the staff was edgy and snapping at each other. And just not friendly towards patients. I felt a bit like an inconvenience to them being there today.

The most awful place I've ever been. They did test on me and never called me to tell me I had Cancer. After getting to a real Hospital Rush..after months of telling these people something was wrong and they said it wasnt..I ended up with Stage 4 Cancer in 2015 and still fighting

This Site is Terrible and Very Unprofessional ?, I know this Year 2023 sometime in January that I did My Tb Testing for my job, There was a Doctor who was very Nasty and Unprofessional there, and I said how I was feeling how I got treated while I was there, so for some Reason, My Tb Medical Records was not put in the system due to her personal vendetta against me, AND I KNOW DAMN WELL THAT I DID My TB TESTING THIS YEAR IN THE BEGINNING, This facility don't wanna take responsibility for the action's of there doctor who was on duty that day, and its not fair that I have to do this TB all over again, This is Aunt Martha's Clinic there, They ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL who DON'T HAVE THERE Client's BEST INTEREST AT HEART?.

Called to schedule a checkup appointment for my general health. It took them a min to answer the phone which I understand and didn’t mind waiting. When they picked up, “Laurie” told me she didn’t know what a general checkup appointment was… i immediately hung up bc i couldn’t believe what came out her mouth, and needless to say i’m skeptical to even come back here again

I called using two different phones to get a simple question answered and was on hold for 45 minutes on one phone and was on hold for 30 minutes before someone finally picked up the first call.on Tuesday I was told by Christi nurse practitioner that I needed labs, I asked if the referral would be there the following day, Wednesday she said yes. She failed to tell me that THEY WHERE CLOSE ON Wednesday for a company picnic. I took off a few hours from work to get labs done for nothing. SHE FAILED to tell me, yes the referral will be there on Wednesday but WE ARE CLOSE. SMH why are you allowed to work with people???? PLEASE get some TRAINING CHRISTY.

Horrible staff and service health is important and this place is so horrible please run don’t go here at all fr doganbag is so over worked she doesn’t even remember you or your problem and rushes to get to the next person like no idk how this place is still open the front desk forget it rude

The service for this company sucks! I’ve been to 3 different locations and experienced the same service every time. The Medical Assistants at each location I’ve been to are very rude. You end up sitting for hours even after having a scheduled appointment and the hotline number is a mess. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyway.

You get what you pay for. I am on a sliding scale so I guess this is what I get for not being able to afford insurance. They are nice but they don't care. The doctor never responds to messages. I came here out of desperation for an abnormal period. I'm glad I was able to now afford some decent insurance. good riddance to this place. I was also supposed to schedule a colonoscopy. I called and called and no one ever returned my call. I keep getting the text message from them to please be sure to schedule your colonoscopy but I could never get anyone to call me back to schedule it. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU REALLY HAVE TO.

This is worst clinic you can ever attend. All the people at the front desk have the worst attitude you can ever have. The fake doctors do not help at all. They dont know anything and have the nerve to have attitudes as well. They need to shut this clinic down

Will never come here again they told me my ONE year old son needed a face mask?? He’s one ! No 1 year old should be wearing a mask even if he did he wouldn’t keep it on he’s a baby ! The front desk ladies are extremely rude had an attitude from the start if you don’t like your job you shouldn’t be working then.

Absolutely the worst. This hack doctor named Arlette Brown is a total l***** Don't think she likes being a doctor. She doesn't wanna do any work, doesn't return emails, doesn't return phone calls, and doesn't want to fill out paperwork. My appointment was @ 12:45PM & I'm still waiting... it's been over an hr. It's now 2PM. This is the 2nd doctor I've seen that had a God complex. & after all that they still don't have my test results from 4 months ago.. Advocate doctors r a fckn joke.

Aunt Marthas is terrible. My doctor Vihide Dogan Bag refused to give me my perscriptions. It was begining of June and they gave me an appointment at the end of June. But i was out already of my blood pressure pills and diebetes pills that i needed to servive. She refused to write a perscription at least up to wnen i went to the appointment. I cannot go a whole month without my pills. I will get sick without them. But this witch doesnt seem to care. I dont ever recommend Aunt Marthas to anyone neither Dr Vihide Dogan Bag to anyone. They dont seem to care for there patients. Im looking for another Doctor soon.

1 I WILL NEVER STEP A FOOT IN THE HAZEL CREST LOCATION BEING SEEN BY KRISTI HUGHES NP EVER AGAIN. HER ATTITUDE IS NASTY, DISGUSTING, AND ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL ALSO BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE AUNT MARTHA'S COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT.
