So I went into the CVS in Havana il and I looked it up online and it said they do UPS shipping so I went inside and in there I was being yelled at and told that they don't do shipping and they were extremely horrible the older man yelled at me in my face and all I wanted was to ship my package.. (never going back)

Rude customer service. I started by asking if they were a UPS drop off/pick up location and she said "yes". After she said yes I gave her my Package and shipping label, she then stated they are not a UPS location and refused to acceot my drop off!

Crystal who claims to be Pharmacy Manager at this location needs to communicate better with customers & learn some compassion!According to Crystal CVS is so busy that they do not even have the time to inform their customers by phone, you know the phone numbers CVS for some reason requires to have for each of their customers!So why get customers phone numbers if according to Pharmacy Manger Crystal; "they would never get anything done if they took the time to contact a customer;" who would be w/o very important medications after several attempts by CVS to get a doctors refill?Why not hire more staff if CVS is so busy as Crystal claims that they can't provide the service that customers deserve & not leave patients/customers hanging high & dry w/o very important medications?Watch out if you try calling in instead of going in, because Crystal will not even tell you what she is doing when you ask her if CVS has your phone number in their system to contact you, you'll just get put right back to that lovely recording that plays over and over every 2 minutes regarding all the vaccines CVS can provide you with, (I think it was like 19 of them) then to end up with her never coming back on the phone to answer your question!CVS is good at advertising how many options they have to stick it to you that's for damn sure!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The wait times are ridiculous -- be prepared to spend 30 to 60 minutes for a vaccine even if you scheduled an appointment on-line. The head pharmacist is smug, non-professional, and unpleasant. He also gave me the most painful shot I have ever received.

This cvs needs professional help , The guys that work the pharmacy are great but wow every time we have to go there we dred it .There is ALWAYS a problem and mainly from the lady at the pharmacy slow never gets are stuff correct and we have to drive into town so to wait an extra hr is unnecessary .So unprofessional and disrespectful. Someone needs to step in on this pharmacy. Just look at these reviews wow horrible.there is also a lady pharmacist ?⚕️ in white coat , Crystal, very disrespectful ,rude unprofessional. Waited at counter for about 5 min as she knew I was there she ignored me and Then proceeded to grab pamphlets and start folding them as if she had nothing better to do like take care of customers

I went to your store and was wanting to send a package ups and was treatwd very rude. The lady as telling me to go home and get a label and the. Come back and she couldn't tell me what day it would arrive. She was. Not nice or helpful. I never have had to send something f so awe full about a person. By it she was terrible. I took my package to the post office and shipped it with ease. I am sorry you have a such a rude person working for your company. I will never bring a package for up's in there again. I love cvs but this was an experience I wo t do afain

Very unprofessional attitude from Pharmacist when going in to recieve Covid vaccine that was scheduled 2 days in advance. The older woman acted as if we were an inconvenience to her by being there. If you don't want to give The vaccine then do not offer it!

Went to CVS in Havana, Il and was very disappointed. All I wanted was a flu shot since this is where I got it last year. Was told they were booked up and did I want to make an appointment. First of all there was no one in line for any kind of shot. There was one person behind me who was there to pick up a prescription. I didn’t make an appointment will go to Walgreens tomorrow in Canton…hopefully I’ll have better luck. Also pretty bad they don’t have restrooms for the public although I saw a gentleman come out of one when I was standing in line.

Customer service was great. Atmosphere, user friendly would recommend CVS if you are looking for help with medicines or health issues.

I am so disappointed in this place. The pharmacist didn't want to wait on my daughter and give her a covid vaccine. The appointment was scheduled for 6 and she said to check in online. She huffed and puffed when I gave her the insurance card. The appointment was scheduled for 6. She said have a seat and I will call you in 15 minutes. Her co-worker, who has decent customer service skills, told her that the timer went off for the covid shot. The pharmacist said that she knew it and she had other things to do. Why offer the shot if you don't want to give it. This is very upsetting!
