I think the owner is not very friendly. A bit of a grouch. The rest are friendly. I have been there 2 times. I have a extended warranty. They try to charge me until I tell them it is under warranty & it is in there system if they would bother to look.

Haleigh and Chad were awesome to work with! I lost my 2016 Wrangler earlier in June and I was on a hunt for a twin of it since it was my favorite vehicle. Thankfully, I found a 2015 Wrangler that was nearly identical to my 2016 and I knew it was the one after the first photo. You guys made my first out of state purchase so easy, and for that I will always be thankful.Thank you for making my the happiest Jeeper in Wisconsin ?

Been a loyal customer for 6 years and because I missed one appointment for an oil change due to very personal reasons, Chad the owner will no longer touch my car. That’s not how small town businesses should work! So sad to see yet another small business becoming this way and not respecting their customers who have held up their business

Had an active recall for a steering collom bolt. Brought my vehicle in, he fixed it, brought it home. Next day my car wouldn’t start and found out he shorted my alternator and when I contacted him about it He unfortunately cussed me out and hung up on me twice. I’ll be posting photos and proof once I get my car back from the real mechanic. I sent the bill to Ford and they are paying it and I just hope no one uses B&B motors and gets screwed like I did.
