People that worked there were very rude and ignored me when i tried saying things.Do not recommend as if they dont feel like doing something they wont. very ignorant people and had me waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to say our appointment was cancled like what the hell.

Horrible service, unprofessional and extremely rude! I was there today waited in line for almost 45 minutes, the lady working was extremely rude to all the customers, yelling over the counter! Will never visit this location ever again!!!

The lady who is serving today at this location had inappropriate behavior with a lady who needed to send a letter, she refused to provide the service. She is an unprofessional and rude lady.

Showed up for our 10am passport appointment and it is closed. They are supposed to be open at 9am. No one is in the venue and the doors are closed. There is one employee in the parking lot smoking and when we tried to ask her any questions she yelled that her car was hit today and to not come near her. Very unprofessional.
They finally opened at 10:45am and the clerk informed us that her co worker did not show up today and it was not her day to do passports so she was not going to do it. When my husband asked her if she was refusing service she said “oh now I’m really not going to do it, I did it all day yesterday and I don’t want to do it today. It’s not my fault the other girl didn’t show up.” We asked her what her name was and she refused to give it to us.
What is the point of making appointments if they refuse to assist you.

Awful. Walked in to one employee yelling at a young girl and her mother while they tried to maintain politeness and professionalism, then that employee walked out angry and left the other employee to work alone while there was a long line of people waiting to be helped. Took almost hour if not longer just to label and ship a small simple package. Did the line to self help at the kiosk, couldn’t figure out how it wanted me to input the address because it couldn’t search it, but no one was available to help anyways.
