“i had a really great experience here opening a PO Box. i was slightly hesitant based on the negative reviews so i just want to add my positive experience in case anyone is on the fence.There was one employee at the desk and she was very nice, helpful, and efficient with myself and everyone in front of me despite being it kind of being a holiday (Monday July 3).There were three people in front of me and i still got in, registered, and out before my 15min parking was up.I didn’t catch her name, but the employee working today was so lovely and i wouldn’t hesitate recommending people to use this location!”

“I was shocked to actually want to give a post office a review. Let alone a great review. There is a young gentleman whom was very courteous and funny. He was very efficient and polite. That was the last thing I was expecting in a post office.”
“I didn’t know they stopped processing passport applications after 3:30pm. I arrived at 3:58pm and was told they stopped already. I stayed calm and asked politely if it was still possible to process my application anyways after explaining how dire my situation was and the young woman decided to process my application because she was still at her desk (a little sassy but, I was late after all)She then explained in detail how the process works and told me exactly how I’d receive all my documents in a professional and helpful manner. She was happy to repeat any part I didn’t understand as the process is quite odd as you send over your original birth certificate along with a check and leave with nothing after doing so which is a little unnerving.Alas, this all occurred on 9/27/23. It is now 10/30/23 and I just received my passport! (I paid extra to expedite my application)Thank you to that young woman for putting in the extra effort for me. It was seriously appreciated.”
“I love going to this post office. It's very convenient to my home and the man that is usually there when I go is very friendly, helpful and appears to enjoy his job. He always suggest ways to ship for less and always has a smile on his face. I asked about holiday stamps and he went out of his way to find some for me. Overall, a very pleasant experience every time I go to drop a package or letter to be mailed.”

And even apologize for the wait was you are being helped. People just need to have patience these days and many don’t. I’m always greeted with a warm smile, and great service. “The Clerk there was very nice and efficient this was my first time walking inside. The gentleman that was in line before me seemingly had a lot of the same questions the clerk was patient at least I thought she was patient and very attentive to his questions . I just needed a stamped envelope nonetheless This location gets a five-star customer service rating .”
“I go on Saturday mornings when they are open for 2-3 hours instead of Lake Street.
There is never a line and things ship quickly

“I never been to this location. I was in the area and decided to stop in and send my package. Customer Service was nice. Clerks were very knowledgeable and professional with dealing with the ignorance of a rude customer. While waiting in line, I witnessed a customer be very rude to the clerk in which she didn’t raise her voice or stoop to the customer’s level. I’m very impressed on how the cashier handled the situation. There are some extremely obnoxious people in the world and love to come and ruin the happiness of others. Some people are angry without cause. I will definitely come back to this post office.”
“Kenneth is the best. He acknowledges everyone and happy to help. I was going to prioritize mail and he suggested certified to send tax info because as long as it’s postmarked, no penalties. He didn’t have to tell me this option. He saved me some money because he’s kind. This office is always friendly and nice. The other reviews are unfair. This is a small post office, but gets the job done in a friendly way!”
“I see a lot of bad reviews but I've been here probably about 10 times and generally don't really have any issues. And definitely not any issues that would not happen at any other post office I've been to. Yeah the workers might not have a fake customer service Smile on 24/7 but don't really expect it, they help with the transaction and then we're done”

“Initially irritated with scheduled passport applications, but that was set before my visit. How could I be upset? Ms. Williams did her best to service customers in between 2 scheduled applications. Even handling a rude customer that bypassed 9 customers, whom waited for 15 plus minutes to be serviced, for passport related questions. An argument broke out between the rude customer and the 9 others including myself . She conducted herself very professionally even whilst being ill towards a rude customer. This is the utmost exceptional service, and I'm sure USPS would be honored to have her be a representation of a quality USPS employee.”
