It's ok. But I wish they not talk to you with loud voice yelling the packages are to big you need to split them in smaller boxes. I don't think is ok to yell at customer. That is why I give them 3 stars. Little bit of respect go a long way.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices for parcels to Europe. Definitely cheaper than USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL.

I sent the package on June 16 and to this day, August 22, it has not yet arrivedWhen at the office I asked about the delay I was treated very rudelyEmployees raised their voices explained about the delay and finally stated that if I wanted a quick delivery, I could send it by air. Total lack of professionalismI don't think I will ever go back to this office and I will advise everyone against using this company

Very quick and modestly expensive package sending service to Europe, particularly to Eastern and Central Europe. Be ready to have cash, credit card machine was down 30 minutes before closing. People working there were very helpful and nice. Would recommend it better than post office for shipping small packages or cars to Europe.
