Went in today for help and the lady working was trying so kindly to help this man with a return whose receipt was damaged. She told him unfortunately she wouldn’t be able to accept it and he started yelling at her. I felt so bad because she was genuinely nice and very helpful, that’s why I’m giving this store a 5 star review.

Not helpful I didn't like this store.i have receipt but see say not read everything I said call that store she said u can call because your receipt. Actually napa not good idea for individual repair guy.go others .napa good for shops because very opportunities for them not for individuals

Highly not recommended.I recently bought Brake pads and rotors, before buying I confirmed and requested to give the quality not to leave dust on my rims and destroy them.They recommended to buy the premium ones and premiums destroyed my rims and the rotors both just in 10 days.After claiming they told me it’s a manufacturing defect.I paid $285 in labour and now they are replacing the parts and not paying the labour and i will have to pay $285 again out of my pocket hence it is not my fault at all.I told the area manager that they will loose a customer but he also refused to accommodate the labour and upgraded the brake pads.So i am paying the cost of being the customer of NAPA.

I have to say I just went into this store to inquire about a part time driver position well they had none at this time ..but the 3 people who were working answered all my questions gave me alexia phone to call about other drivers jobs at other store locations well I give these 3 employees 10 stars out of 5 ..they were polite to me explained everything i needed to know and I would love Tobe able to work work one day with these employees thank you Joey.

Nice guys and girls work there but the store is somewhat very limited in what they carry and there's never any parking available.

Just dropped off uhaul, staff was friendly and attentive. I had tight connection to make flight and Rep Evan helped make check out easy and fast. Definitely rent here again!

The staff here is super friendly, I walked in 5 minutes before closing and they helped tremendously. The staff here is super reliable. They also have extensive knowledge on their parts will come again.

Picked up a battery for my Accord but I didn't notice until I started replacing it later that day at home that there's something wrong with one of the terminals. It was slightly crooked. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the plastic cover around was cracked and was leaking fluid. I decided to bring it back to the store hoping to get a replacement, all the while worrying about getting myself into an argument. It would be easy to assume that a customer bought a new battery, dropped it severely damaging it, and then came back asking for a freebie. However, they gave me a new battery for free within seconds of me getting there, without any issues. That's good customer service.
