Was given this shop’s name by Birkenstock customer service as my son had “lost” a rivet on his Birk Boston clogs. I sent the clogs out last week, received an update when they received and a personal phone call before they were sent back, amazing two DAY turn around!! Will use this shop again!!!! Quick & friendly service. Got new cork & sole put on my Birks & they are like new. Also, he punched more holes in the strap of another pair which will make them last longer for me before I will need new cork & sole for that pair. I highly recommend this store!
