I have been going to Maria at Ivana Di Piero Hair Studio for almost 2 decades. That loyalty alone should tell you how amazing this salon (and Maria) is. Maria stays on top of the latest trends and hair techniques and I always walk away feeling fabulous. My last visit saw me chop my waist length hair to a bob and I AM OBSESSED. I truly feel like a brand new person! The compliments - now more than 2 weeks after my cut - are still rolling in. There’s no one else I trust to cut my hair other than Maria. Schedule your appointment and thank me later.

$95 for a haircut!!! Nothing drastic, didn’t even style it. One week later and I’m still so unhappy with the cut. Cut my hair a lot shorter than I asked. Once she had finished the length I had to remind her that I wanted long layers and she cut the entire length over again to give long layers?? I don’t even have layers and you can’t even tell Maria gave me ‘facial framing’. I’ve never gotten facial framing done before where the hair stylist didn’t ask how short I wanted my shortest piece. My mother got a haircut a couple months prior and only paid $50. Seems like she extra charged me because I’m young. I can’t remember the last time I was this unhappy with my hair.

Staff was friendly and they took me at the last minute which was nice but outrageously priced spent 130 for a single process color and they left hair dye all over my face, ears and neck extremely sloppy and tried to charge 90 dollars for a blow dry I have long hair yes but 90 for a blow dry ridiculous they also left my hair soaking wet dripping not at all worth what I paid won’t be going backService: Hair coloring

I can truly only speak as a man seeking a decent haircut. My clarion call: avoid this establishment like the plague. My last visit...and I do mean LAST...on July 8th consisted of Maria ignoring me when I told her she was taking too much off the top, all this while acting inebriated and spending almost all the time I sat in the chair splitting her attention between talking incessantly with another patron in the shop and the task before her, namely cutting my hair. In fact, she would often stop the haircutting so she could engage more intently in her precious conversation. When I paid, my comments were met with an attitude of "if you don't like it, don't come back". Here's the clincher. I sent a letter to Ivana, supposedly the owner, about what had happened. There was never a reply or phone call, to say nothing of an apology. This sends a clear message that management endorses this type of behavior where the customer comes LAST. Whether you're a man or woman, I urge you to take your business to places where they appreciate and respect you. Ivana di Piero Hair Studio is NOT one of those places.
