Gave them the benefit of the doubt to email me back to settle this issue I have no response from the company they don't answer the phone so time to blast went and got a car wash from this car wash first time in a while and came out with my car not fully washed and also my aftermarket wheels scratched to hell from the guards if you have very nice wheels on your car I would suggest not going to this car wash it's kind of ridiculous that a major car wash brand and they can't even respond back to their customers would not recommend

Horrible! Paid $20, got the absolute highest wash and it was horrible. Car wash seemed to rush vehicles through without taking enough time to decently clean. Tire shine was only on one side of my car and it was barely any. I basically had to rewash my entire car at the vacuum station. Overpriced and no good, at least make sure the car wash does a decent job if you want to charge that much. Just so sloppy!

Busy, but great staff… cleans well. Good for the price wish they had a household package or a multi car package since I don’t actually wash all cars all the time.

My friend recommended this place so I thought I'd give it a try
Got into the line paid for my wash the gate opened and I got into the queue of cars going for the tunnel
The manager came out asked me to roll down my window and accuse me of cutting off the person behind me
Since the gates go up and down and they control it how am I responsible
They even have a man at the payment screen directing you when to go so I followed his instructions
No I'm sorry no nothing
Just a bad attitude
And I can see why it's more expensive here because they have seven employees on the clock standing around
While the manager hollers at the customers
There are too many other washes taking my business elsewhere

4.1 stars...Nice local car wash. Even the $5 wash is decent. Note: there is a floor mat cleaner near east exit. It works okay for carpet or rubber mats. Most drive through car washes don't have a way to clean your mats...
Decent vacuums offered and quite powerful. Plenty of staff around. Recommended

The worst place to wash your car, stay away from this place, my front windshield has a nasty scratch, two well-penetrated scratches, horrible, the truth is, it doesn't even dry well and the wash is horrible, the truth is I'd rather pay a little more than bring my truck here and the terrible service Those who work here are horrible, I will never return ????

You DON'T get what you pay for. I paid for the second best option available. The only thing I received was a light rinse and didn't even get a blow dry for the car. Never go back to this car wash again.

I could have done a better job with a hose and rag from the comfort of my own home. For 12 dollars this place is a complete rip off .

Best choice for drive thru car wash- fresh soapy water, never recycled dirty water, great dryers a you finish drive thru wash, excellent chamois rollers to buff dry your entire car when finished, looks showroom new every time plus the tire are well armoralled leaving your car looking fantastic ! Love this place!!
