Picked up my order yesterday. The store is very clean and they have friendly customer service.

This location is clean, well stocked and most importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful. Here's the thing though: you can not shop here unless you're a LICENSED hairdresser/cosmetologist. That's by law, so don't get mad at the staff when they enforce it. Go to Sally Beauty instead.
