She told him unfortunately she wouldn’t be able to accept it and he started yelling at her. I felt so bad because she was genuinely nice and very helpful, that’s why I’m giving this store a 5 star review.”

“These lights live up to their name. I only had them installed for fourcdats now and all i can say is these are the best lights i ever had. Its almost as if the darkness of night doesn't exist when im driving at night now. Nice bright white light, long beam allows me to see futher down the road, and the side illumination is unlike anything I've seen before, it allows me to see everything on the sides of the road. The price was worth it. The shipping was really fast, these lights are authentic osram and comes with trust codes to prove it. At first i tried to save money by buying cheaper lights two bulbs for 35.00 online, you know where i went lol. They were so dull i couldn't see 30 feet ahead of me. After a week of research i settled on osram night breaker laser next gen. Im glad i did. I look forward to driving at night now. If your thinking about getting these just do it. I also hear they get brighter as time goes by a week or so.”

“Paulen Auto is a fantastic body shop in Chicago, the best I've been to. I took my VW GTI in after a small accident involving my front bumper, and Maciek told me he could get "90-95% of the damage out with just a buff + repaint." He did not disappoint, and I'd say it was much closer to 100%. The bumper looks brand-new, and I ended up saving about $1000 over a new one. I highly recommend Maciek and his shop for any body work you may need!Service: Body & Trim”

I was unable to be there during the inspection, but the staff was able to call me and let me know that they found nothing wrong with my vehicle. They even explained that it may just be due to the age of my car, but that it wasn't a cause for concern as long as I kept up with regular maintenance.As a woman, I appreciate the honesty and transparency that this shop provided me. “My car was rear ended and I went to Caliber Collision to fix the damage. The service is excellent, clear communication, they took the car in right the way, and provided regular updates. The car looked brand new after the work was done. I was very impressed with everything that Caliber Collision has done. Interestingly I am writing this review 3 years later than repair date: everything worked perfect after the repair.The insurance of the person the rear ended me paid for full repair total of $8485.85. Caliber Collision dealt with the insurance and gave me a very detailed, itemized copy of the work done and pricing for it. This is an amazing service.”

They scheduled my rent a car which was waiting for me gave me a time frame when the car would be ready. They worked directly with my insurance which was huge.
