I had a situation and Donta sent me off. I went to another post office and they told me to go back to Harvey. Raven was a gem and I appreciate her going to the extra effort. I had to come back and edit this review. Because I received a follow up call from the post office and they made sure that I issue was resolved. If I remember the rep. who me was named Darryl. He was professional.

This usps ALWAYS delays my packages and never comes on the day its supposed too arrive. Just close this place down already smh.

I filled out a change of address online and was supposed to complete the process at the post office; I was told to go to another post office because they couldn't find me in their system. If USPS is universal, why would I go to another location? There was no explanation given or attempted in trying to help me resolve this issue.

Been having issues receiving mail. Maybe the phone calls are more important. Then leaving the gate open knowing I have a dog and a special needs son.

Its been 3 days , called in regards to my missing package and no one seems to help. They're very rude and seem bothered every time you call. My family member has had an incident here where the post office actually stole their things. I'm afraid this may be the case with mine as well. BEWARE!

The young lady and the manager this morning (5/18/23) were sooo so helpful and kind. Today was my first time meeting the manager, but the young lady with the red hair is literally always so sweet, personable, helpful and patient to literally everyone that comes here whenever I have seen her. Really very much appreciated ??!!!

This post office is horrible I went to this office 3 times last week I was given several different times different information. I have some time sensitive paperwork I’ve been waiting on. I can see on the app was suppose to be delivered unfortunately I rarely get my mail. I didn’t receive any mail on Saturday after being told I would receive mail. This post office is unprofessional and ghetto. FYI when you go into this place some of the workers are on their cell phones. Just a horrible place..

This is most unorganized, unprofessional post office. They don’t delivered mail for 3 to 4 days, we miss pieces of mail. I yet to here from post master about my complaint. People have important mail they need. My next step is nbc investigate.

Lazy postal workers and rude unprofessional supervisors. Lied and said my package was attempted to be delivered when in actuality, they are too lazy to deliver. This place needs to be shut down
