My flowers for my aunts funeral were delivered to the wrong place after I clearly have the name of a church not a funeral home. They made it there just as the service was about to start it was basically a waste of money only got to see the flowers for a little bit.

Not too long of a wait. But also not so enthusiastic to have customers. Prices are average for flowers. I spent 50 bucks after tax for this arrangement of flowers. (VASE IS MY OWN)

Very helpful! They were great with suggesting the best combos for Valentine's day. Incredibly beautiful. The staff are great! The community came by and they showed their love too!

Not at all satisfied with this establishment. I use to go to them when they were located a little further west on 159th. The gentleman who was in there was always so accommodating and friendly, not so much with the females. Yesterday I called in advance and inquired if they had pink and purple roses because I needed a special bouquet. I was assured they did. I told the lady I'd be in first thing in the morning when they opened. I walk in it's 3 women no one speaks one just walks up and says how can I help you. I said I called yesterday and I'd like purple and pink roses. She said we have pink. I saw purple ones but they were in a bouquet already. I said so you don't have any more purple ones she said no... Just blah. No how about this or this it was like whatever, and it's not the first time I've experienced this attitude from a female in this place.What is the purpose of calling in advance to make sure the item you want is there. With that attitude they just lost a longggg term customer.

Yesterday, I ordered flowers on line for my cousin's birthday, asking that they be delivered today. I received an email confirmation of my order yesterday, and today, I received a confirmation that the flowers were delivered. My cousin sent me a photo of the flowers, saying she was very pleased with them. They looked great in the photo, exactly as I had ordered.
