This place is racist. The young man who didn’t even speak to me and mother ask what can I help you with? First that’s not customer service you always greet the customer. Second I ask him politely can we listen to a vehicle run. I’m not going to be purchasing any junk. We have to check your credit if you wanna hear it run. I immediately just said have a good day. Please do not go to pricey junky place they are rude easily and a waste of your time if you want to buy a good car from good people who won’t sell you anything wrong please check out FaxCars in calumet park. They are the best place ever and the customer service is like family to me. Don’t waste your time here ???

Don't buy a car from this place. They are incompetent and very disrespectful. I bought a car back in February and it took them nearly two months to get it out of the shop. Only until I requested my money back is when they decided it was fixed. Horribly unprofessional and just out right unacceptable behavior. I repeat. Do no buy a car from here.

Great customer service by ricky really pleased working with him. He answered all my questions with no problem most of all helped get the Truck i was looking for. It was worth the drive coming from Indiana!

I called a couple weeks ago about a car I was interested in. Whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional. Not to mention as I was talking to this gentleman he hung right up in my face. Very tacky to say the least. I no longer wanted anything to do with these guys.

Sold a car at auction that was borderline, if not outright fraud. Everyone knows that auction cars are "as is". But a lot of effort went into concealing problems and mistakes! It's one thing to be upfront about issues, it's another to have active deception discovered. If they will do that to offload a car, they would certainly do it to one on their lot.
