Worthless. Dr. ordered a nebulizer machine to be filled through them. It didn't show up. Called 3 weeks later for status - the rep I spoke to said the order just came over their fax machine while I was on the phone with them (highly doubtful). They said it would be a couple more days but they would get it out. Still didn't show up. Called the following week, a different person (Carol) said they never received the order! Immediately called Dr to have them re-fax and called her back. She said that she received it this time but they didn't get all the paperwork they needed and needed a CPT code change. This was at 3pm the day before Thanksgiving. They close at 5pm. She said it would have to wait until the Friday after to get corrected. One month after the order was placed, it has still not been filled and they have no sense of urgency to get it out. If you can afford to buy the equipment from someone else youself or working with a different company, I recommend doing that. Also, tell your insurance company not to work with them. They are a terrible business and they don't care.

Everything you read here is true. Not even worth a star. Years ago I received a CPAP from them it took over 4 months to get. I had issues where I couldn’t tolerate the mask. I received a different style of mask. Same issues I would stop breathingand choke because the air pressure was keeping me from breathing again. I finely tried to return it as it just wasn’t working for me. I called them every week for at least 3 months. I was told the person who would handle that was busy, not in, if I managed to get her on the phone she would say she’s very busy and would call me back. I finely gave up stopped paying the bill and tossed the unit in the trash. They are so bad here it took them like 6 years to finely take me to collections. Durable if your reading this you should totally be ashamed.

unbelievably worthless employees. No follow up then shred my medical records and send no supplies needed to breathe. My insurance mandates that i use them and after weeks of no returned phone calls and no follow up, I can not an answer from these miserable people. Do the job your paid to do!

Whenever I call for CPAP supplies I am routinely advised that they will have to call me back. I'll wait hours, sometimes days, no return call. And, once I do get the order placed, at least half the time they send me the wrong equipment.

Very poor customer service. Lack honesty regarding equipment sent to customer. I would give a rating of negative 10 if possible. Most horrific service ever.
