I called Harvard vet and they were able to get her in, assessed, and back home within an hour of making the initial phone call. The doctor and staff were all phenomenal!”

“The most friendly place you could ask for! LGBTQ-FRIENDLY!!! So sweet and caring for your pets. They don't make you spend thousands of dollars so your pet can get help. I brought my cat to the emergency room and they wouldn't give him any antibiotics after getting a really bad infection and having a temperature of 106. Shannon eliminate the problem immediately and gave him the correct medication to drop his temperature immediately. It just really makes me sad that so many of these places are only there to collect your money and can care less about your pets ? not this place you can rest assured that Shannon and her helpers are there to help and give you the respect that you would want. Not treat you like a numbers book. I can't thank Shannon enough for the amount of things that she's done for Milo! She has helped Milo out twice now in desperate need of help. She has made my baby feel great and is getting back on his paws. You can definitely rest assure Shannon will do anything in her power to help your animal correctly. “Well, I just started recently bringing my dogs there, and unfortunately, one of them passed away. The other dog is still a puppy. And you still doing good? The doctors are pretty decent. The nurses are there are pretty good. I'm going to have to say real good. They know what they're doing, and they did try to help me. It's located in Harvard and I think they're a pretty good clinic.”
