“I came in to hopefully have my new device swapped over. Customer service was down for over a month and the new layout for your account did not have a swap device option. Coming from the city I made the commute based on the reviews. My local boost mobiles are terrible, but this location was top notch. Wait time was limited to software upgrade on my new device or else I would have been on and out. The representative who took care of me was pleasant and informative. I recommend this location.”
