I got stranded in Harvard the day before the 4th of July, they came in clutch and got me back on the road. Best part, they understood the urgency of getting on the road to see my family and started working on it as soon as it arrived. Price was great, people were kind and helpful, highly recommend them over any dealership!! 10 out of 5 stars thanks guys!!!

I had two scratches on my 2022 sonata One of them down to bare metal. Not only does my car look fantastic again, they Went above and beyond. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly helpful and seemed to genuinely care. This is my second experience with Olson's. The first was my Harley, both times the end result has been excellent.

I want to give a huge thank you and shot out to Jim Olson Collision. Today, I opened the back hatch of my vehicle perfectly fine. I hit the button to close and heard a loud noise and the hatch came down quickly, but wouldn’t latch. My panic rose as we have rain coming. I drove back to my little town and went to Jim Alison’s. I walked in and said I wasn’t sure if it would be collision and auto repair. I was so frazzled so I didn’t get her name, but the estimator said let’s take a look. She went out saw one problem and fixed it then got the rear door lock to work. She saved the day and I am so grateful for her help. Thank you.

I got T-Boned in my brand new 2022 Ford Escape and every shop wouldn’t give me the time of day until I called Jim Olson. My dad has used him for years so I knew I could trust him. Heather Olson was the lady I had communication with. I am so so thankful for this lady for how she handled my insurance lady, who had such a bad attitude. She was just an absolute saint. I wish I could show them an ounce of my appreciation. The parts took awhile to come in(thanks supply chain issues 2022) but within a week of receiving the parts my car was finished.I am happy about the staff kindness, the communication, and the quality of work.You should choose Jim Olson for those exact reasons too.Service: Body & Trim
