They missed a huge deduction and I ended up OVERPAYING $2,000. I'm still trying to clean up the mess they made of my 2020 taxes almost a year later. Not thorough at all, barely made any communication with me after I submitted all my docs. They sent me the return paperwork literally days before the filing deadline so I had hardly any time to review it. Then they ghosted me when I found they missed deductions. I ended up having to go to the McHenry location to file an amended return, I never heard a thing from Harvard about doing anything, much less refunding my fees like H&R Block promises. I still can't believe I paid over $300 for this. Never again.
