My Sister and I come in regularly and always have a pleasant conversation with whomever is there. I don't know who is running the store right now at 4:00p.m. but I was taken aback by the person answering the phone with a "Yeah" so I asked "Is this the fun tobacco store"? Another "Yeah" or yes but the tone of voice and the vibe moved me to mutter something like"Oh, um, ok uh nevermind. Sorry. Thanks". One should be more professional..
