This office is very helpful and my family has been coming here for over fifteen years for business and personal tax help. We will continue to do so. I have recommended them to family and friends and have heard nothing good things about them. The prices are reasonable and they go above and beyond to ensure that I understand the work and make the right choices. I actually enjoy going to see my accountant. Mary has been nothing but professional and always calls us back promptly. We have rental properties in another state and she goes out of her way to help us process that and answer our multiple questions. She has been our accountant for 14 years and she is the best going out of her way to help us keep our taxes and liabilities in order. I would highly recommend her for your tax service needs. She is quite personable and down to earth. She explains options and teaches us how to keep accurate records and helped us learn software to keep our small business going strong. She is more than an account she is a friend looking out for our best interest.

Mary has been doing my parents and my taxes for years. She always helps me to understand what my taxes are after I graduated college. She is so friendly and explains things like how to get the best refund and to keep my receipts for my teaching job for write offs. I will keep going to her as she is the best.

I called here in reference to some tax questions. The lady that answered the phone was unprofessional and disrespectful. Her response to one of my questions was "well haven't you paid taxes before" in a rude tone. Then didn't provide many answers for me and told me Goodluck. I hung up and found a different tax associates company in Harvard. Stoneburg that was so very friendly and helpful and didn't seem bothered to answer any questions or help! Needless to say i went with another company other then Donahue & Associates
