Just wanted to say thanks for doing a great job on the service on my lawn tractor. The pickup and delivery by your company went perfectly smooth. The option of the bagger was a great addition to my tractor, it worked better then expected. Thanks again.

Too bad there isn't an option for zero stars. There is no way around charging an exorbitant amount to have an accessory installed that was purchased at this dealership. Once the sale is over please expect nothing in return for your business. Randy in service was especially unhelpful and disrespectful. Something about a woman calling with questions. He definitely wanted to make me feel stupid and had a laugh in his voice while I asked questions.

Sales team was awesome. 1st location I tried didn't have the machine I was looking for but did a search and saw 1 was literally just delivered at another location. He offered to have it delivered to their location next week and give us free home delivery but we wanted it to get it tomorrow. He gave me the unit number and the phone number to the other location and when I called the sales person took the time to go see if the machine was actually there. It was being unloaded as we spoke. I asked if they could have it ready for pick up the following day. He worked it out with the service department and told me they could. So I bought it over the phone. Saturday it was ready as promised the mechanic took the time to go over the machine with me. Offered some advice with the machine, chatted about some other products and really took his time with me vs rushing me out. Awesome experience great staff. Highly recommend this place.

So I recently ordered some parts for a mower here and while checking out I tried to get part numbers for my maintenance history, the guy behind the counter refused to give me the part numbers. I got my parts and left. I then checked the packaging for part numbers and the were missing off the boxes. If this place is this way about part numbers then I’m wondering what else is a secret here, service? Yeah I won’t be returning here i will make the drive to dekalb implement!

Buck Brothers Harvard, one of the best experiences I have ever had with a salesman and dealership. Kyle spent lots of time with me going over options of tractors and equipment to best fit my needs. Never pressured me, and answered all my questions. I have never had such a positive experience buying anything and will be glad to give my business to Buck Bros. Harvard. If you need anything, Kyle is your man, always positive and willing to help!Just had my tractor in for service and I continue to be impressed with the quality of work and the customer service. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Wish I had more money to buy more equipment from them haha
