oscar,worked almost 2 hours on my phone,he put in a new sim card,and never charged me a dime! The clerks are always, friendly, fast and super nice...The prices aren't too shabby either,I highly recommend this company.

Lousy customer service! The counter girl let us stand there for over 15 minutes without asking us anything. Then when I asked a price on a phone... ignored me to talk on her cell phone. Never again! I've been here for new phones twice before , but they lost a loyal customer this time. You suck!

I've always liked Boost Mobile but I love the care and service I got at their Delavan store. I was greeted warmly by Dona who quickly figured out what I needed, helped me choose the right options and made my day all the more pleasant by her assistance. The Falero owned stores have always treated me well wherever I travel or do business!

Oscar was great! We had a bad experience at another Boost store and then came here. It was a very nice environment. They offer refreshments and have friendly staff. Definitely recommend this store!

They charge 25-30% above retail for they're phones, the place looks very ghetto and dirty.
