Greg is very knowledgeable as well as helpful. I would text him on a Sunday expecting a response on Monday and he called me right back on Sunday. Will recommend him to everyone. He really went above and beyond.

Went in specifically try out a Chattam & Wells Mattress, which we really liked, but actually ended up buying a Sterling Softside waterbed instead. Due to back and hip problems, this was actually a better choice. We liked Greg very much, he is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We have called a couple of times over the past couple of months with questions and for advise and Greg is always helpful. We strongly recommend shopping and buying here. It felt really good to also support a small local business.

I was so pleased with the service I received from Greg at Cain's bedding & Waterbeds. His help and attitude dealing with our dual waterbed dilemma was extraordinary. Mr. Cain was professional, courteous, patient (I'm an older lady who asked a lot of questions), honest and just about anything and everything a customer looks for. I was really hesitant about going on line, but had no choice. I am so glad I connected with Cain's Bedding. Mr. Cain (Greg) went over and beyond in his customer experience with us. The product was exactly as described and his advice was right on. I highly recommend Greg and his company Cain's Bedding & Waterbeds. He is the best !!! The company I dealt with 12 years ago, ABC Waterbeds, was no longer in service selling waterbed products and I was really nervous, but I am very blessed to have connected with Cain's and have kept his website and phone number for the future. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Greg was incredibly helpful throughout the process of selecting a waterbed. I love the quality of what I bought! Greg's set-up instructions were super clear. He followed the process all the way through ordering and shipping, making sure that I had everything I needed after delivery and was sleeping comfortably. Boy, am I. Best mattress I've ever owned and best customer service in any industry I've ever dealt with. Thank you, Cain's!!

Was so impressed with Greg's knowledge of bedding issues that we drove from Chicago area to purchase a Boyd water bed. Greg delivered and installed the bed in a timely and very professional manner and answered all our questions. I would recommend his business to anyone looking for a quality and professional sales and service organization.
