They place is clean and ppl are pretty nice and welcoming plus you can pick your own music and even watch tv while working out! Also for the ppl who love to selfie it up they got some great mirrors!

I was in the area for a few days traveling. Great place to go and workout. I Crossfit so it was nice to drop in and just be able to do my own workout. Shawnee has everything a Crossfiter would need! It was nice to see powerlifting equipment and powerlifters along with regular basic gym equipment. A perfect place for anyone that workouts! Messaged Josh on Facebook and he responded almost instantly. Super easy to drop in, no hassle, no nonsense and super great price!! Keep up the great work and atmosphere.

My favorite gym in Harrisburg. It’s great for strength training- but has options for cardio, “cross fit” strong man and powerlifting. It’s always clean, you get to pick the music, and gym members are friendly. Unless I owned my own garage gym- I wouldn’t go anywhere else
