I had four new tires put on my dodge nitro and when we were driving home the back drivers side tire fell off and rolled along beside us!! It caused damage and I called over to Raben and they told me I could come over and look at the videos but refused to admit it was there fault!! I then went in and tried to talk to the manager and he kept offering for me to watch the videos again of them putting my tires on!! All I know is I have never ever had this issue before them putting new tires on!! The manager was very rude!! I ended up having to pay the deductible to get my car fixed and was delayed about a month from moving since we were scheduled to move out of state the next day!!

Employees don't know how to mind their own business when customers are not even talking to them or discussing anything with them at all the Manger or possible boss is a total a## h### and thy don't know how to treat any of their customers with any kind of mental disability at all and make people feel uncomfortable their the most worst place every and they need to really train their employees on how to handle anyone that might or does have mental health problems and issues

I felt the need to edit this review. Went from 4 star to 1 star long ago, and just noticed it still in my reviews.I had an alignment done and their machine was clearly not calibrated because the tires wore very quickly. When I asked about a replacement the manager said no and told me to take him to court.

I brought a tractor wheel and tire in that needed a tube repair. The counter attendant was very friendly and the service tech took extra time in cleaning up the wheel so the repaired tube would not get re-punctured.
