I still dont have my federal taxes back it's been well over 21 days there is nothing saying why.. H&R BLOCK made sure they got their money out of my state refund leaving me with pretty much nothing, I called and all they can say is it's happening to alot of people type stuff they can't control but when you pay over 300$ for audit protection and all their fees you expect to get your money or at least help finding out why it's not doing anything other than processing. My stimulus wasn't even correct. I had better luck with Turbotax paying no fees the only reason I went for H&R was I heard of alot of people getting audited and wanted to make sure I was in the clear. I definitely wont go through them again next year half the time you try to call and get a busy signal or something saying there is to many call just like the irs

they do not clearly have an answer when you call them.they just say if there's a problem with your refund there will be a letter in the mail. they did not even want me making an appointment to call the irs after waiting 21 days to process my retirn.it was accepted by the irs on February 10 and almost a month later no money
