Know today. Again been customer awhile. I had my post office check come in the mail. I put online like always. I went to check bank Monday cause I had to have to plate my car for work and nope they said they hold it for 3 days. This is nuts. They got my car tow and told me I don't care that just how it is. Wouldn't even cancel online deposit. Did nothen. They cost me 300 dollars. When they can know the check is good it's government. And they were heartless. Only person that tryed to help said I call customer service and then I think didn't just put me on hold and again said nope sorry dont care you going lose your truck. I never seen . Nothen so heartless. I had bank of america and at least they posted in 3 hours. The fact they said I don't care. And act like so mean. The point know who going pay the 300 tow fee. I bet noone. I live check to check like alot people and they should at least care.

The polite people there will go out of your way to help you I think other banks need to train there employees to be like that
