I have been a customer for about 6 months and have nothing but amazing things about them. I would have given 5 stars but my unit was broken in to so that is the reason for the 4 stars. That says more about the lazy thief than this company. When the thief cut my lock off I was in the hospital with pneumonia and they let me use one of their locks till I could get out and get my own. I most definitely recommend this company because the units are clean and no one can climb over to get into other units. I love that they will always text me a reminder of upcoming payment, etc. and you literally are talking/texting an actual person. Decent sizes and prices I’m a current and future customer and appreciate your business!!!!

Been a customers for a few months now and really haven't had any problems. Units are well lit and have cameras. I like the fact that they will text ya and let you know when your bill is due. Only thing I hate is the late fees and selling the unit quickly after non payment.

i’m glad me and my husband chose American Storage! These guys really work with you and if you’re ever behind they give more days then normal to make a payment and they are very respectful and we would choose them again

Trash accumulating all around this place, needles and various other medical trash where a previous renter left it, and the owner refuses to clean it up.
