“I came in for short ribs but all they had was a giant slab of short rib that I would not have had the ability to cut or cook with what I have at home. Kurt the butcher responded to my wave and came over and actually cut up the slab so I could make my Christmas dinner for me and my son. I am so appreciative of him doing that! It made all the difference.”

“Been shopping here at the Schaumburg location for almost the last 20 years! Even though family and friends tell me I should shop at the Lake Zurich store (so as to avoid paying that ridiculously high Cook County sales tax), I'd rather just shop here since it's just 10 minutes from home and I won't have to get road rage dealing with god-awful bumper to bumper Rand Road traffic! Anyways, the Schaumburg store has practically everything I need: great, lower cost premium gas, great food/grocery items, drinks (e.g. juices, sparking water, wine, booze), pharmacy, optical department, electronics...you name it! If I could move my furniture in here---I WOULD!!! All the people from the various departments I've interacted with are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!! It's no wonder this store is packed to the rafters every time I shop here!”

“Route there from I-90 or I-88 take IL-59 exit and proceed to Stearns Rd, proceed westbound to Munger Rd and turn to Schiferl Rd. Bit sleepy hollow, need to keep my eye on them while loading ). Fast loading!”

“Entrance St. Paul, one way in/out. I didn’t see old man guard. Pretty, young, sweet gal checked in 0730 (0800 appt), immediately in dock, unhook, pull forward, took paperwork beside dock 28. Unloaded less 30mins”

“I had a 10am appointment, was assigned to a door around 10:30am. I was unloaded within 2hours and a half. You can also park there overnight. The check in process can be tricky but there’s a list of all the businesses on the wall and a phone next to it to the left. You have to call the businesses and extension you here for. Nice people overall thanks guys!”

“Anna from the office is a really nice lady. Checked in at 9AM for a 10AM delivery, got a door at 10:30AM empty at 11:45AM. I may have gotten lucky as some of the recent reviews suggest a much longer wait time. Big lot plenty of room to maneuver, not sure if overnight parking is allowed but there is room if you want to chance it on the west end of the lot.”

“Looks like there is new management.Arrived at 8:10PM for delivery appointment 8:45PM. They gave me a door right away. Full loaded trailer by paper rolls. Checked out at 9:20PM. Total spent time 1 hour 10 minutes.”
