The pharmacy is awful!!! Always having issues with their "system" can't process stuff when you have insurance. Make you pay out of pocket. And if you have double insurance there is an issue as well. What's the point of having insurance if you have to pay full prices. SCAM! never again I will use Walgreens for the medication.

This location was the only place that had my medication in stock. When I went to pick it up Zakai was the employee who helped me. The BEST customer service. So nice and helpful!

Made an appointment for a PCR test. They didn’t let me know they don’t have them until after the swab. Charged $20 and my confirmation email says it would give me PCR results. Waste of time and energy when I’m sick.

Most of my visits to Walgreens have been very disappointed and frustrating. While the store's convenient location and accessibility have always been appealing, the overall experience has taken a nosedive due to cleanliness issues, sluggish pharmacy service, and a notable lack of customer care. One of the immediate concerns upon entering the store was its cleanliness inside and out. Unfortunately, depending on the day this place appears mostly neglected. Maintaining a clean shopping environment is crucial for a store like Walgreens, especially considering the health and wellness products it offers. The unkempt appearance does little to inspire confidence in the quality of health care and the merchandise or the store's commitment to customer satisfaction. The pharmacy, in particular, has been a source of ongoing frustration. The service is disappointingly slow, and the staff seems overwhelmed, leading to extended wait times. Furthermore, the customer service at the pharmacy counter leaves much to be desired. I've encountered indifferent and unhelpful staff members who do little to address concerns or provide assistance. The lack of a proactive and customer-centric approach only adds to the overall dissatisfaction. A particularly irritating aspect of the pharmacy experience is the automated message about the pharmacist's meal break that plays every time you call. Not only is this information irrelevant and intrusive, but it also adds to the frustration of waiting for assistance. Walgreens, as a well-established and profitable company, should have the resources to streamline its phone system and provide a more efficient and customer-friendly experience. It's troubling that a company like Walgreens doesn't prioritize fully staffing its stores during business hours. With the profits they generate, it's reasonable to expect a higher level of service and efficiency. Understaffing only contributes to longer wait times and a decline in overall customer satisfaction.

Terrible service. Went for a simple COVID test and the entire staff had no idea what was going on. They sent me home only to ask me to come back because they made a mistake. Then they had trouble finding and giving me my results. What a waste of time.

I usually only write good reviews but my experience at this Walgreens was truly a shame. I signed up for Covid and flu tests because I had a sore throat and the chills. I chose the $19.99 Covid and flu option. My confirmation email stated the same information I expected, but when I got to my appointment, it was over $120. But even worse, when I went in to get the result 5 hours later because I hadn’t received them in the 2 hours promised, they only gave me the covid results. When I pointed out that my email confirmation stated Covid and flu, she said that it was $120 each test, and then used a pen to scratch out “flu” on my test results. !!! How unbelievably shady is that? I’ve been using Walgreens pharmacy for 15 years, but it’s apparently time for me to find another pharmacy.

Around September 21 I had called in an appointment to see an immediate care physician as i had an unknown rash on my right arm. The lady on the phone confirmed my appointment and told me to just walk in and ill be taken care of immediately. Upon arriving I ended up waiting at least 30 min with a few people in line which were quick; but as i am waiting next in line the physician very rudely told me to go sign in and wait till my appointed time which the computer told me was another 45 min. That is the first of few things that had me in an unsettled manner; the practicioner and nurse were so leisure in their behavior and instead of taking me had me waiting for who knows what reason. Once i was finally in the room they ran the basic vitals of which came out good and then it was time for the "doc" to see and diagnose me. I explained what i thought was the issue to which this "professional" told me she had "NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE" they very quickly diagnosed me with an allergic reaction and so sure of themselves advised me of a topical steroidal cream and sent me off. Within a few hours of applying the cream, the rash had exponentially spread accompanied with extreme pain deep within my arm and rapid heart palpations; I immediately checked into a proper immediate care to which it was TESTED by a proper doctor that i had come down with a case of shingles AND that the prescribed cream by walgreens physicians was completely a wrong product to take altogether. I already have skeptical views on modern medicine and physicians such as hired by walmart should not be allowed to practice or prescribe medicine as per my experience they have been nothing short of crooks. So quick to throw a diagnosis and quicker yet to charge the consumer and insurance companies. I will NEVER entrust myself to another walgreens clinic again and if there were negative stars i would give these people a negative review. If you have something wrong with yourself please do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to any walgreens that claims to have physicians on their premises as these people are nothing more than average with white coats and a demeaning attitude with partial opinions and a lack of care for others wellbeing vs their own pockets.

Location is always out of stock for many medications on a regular basis. Unfortunately had to start going to other Walgreens locations and using other pharmacies altogether.

The worst pharmacy….they never have any prescriptions ready in a timely manner , the staff is rude, and the male pharmacist is leading by example. He gives incorrect information and rushes through any questions you may have. I have been told by pharmacy staff they weren’t trained well for Covid vaccines and still received mine there but how unprofessional. The store staff are great.

I don’t believe there could possibly be a worse pharmacy than this one. Each Pharmacist and Tech is more rude and ignorant than the last. EVERY time I’ve used this pharmacy, there is constantly a problem. The last thing you need when you’re ill is to have an ignorant condescending tech more or less tell you that you’re not important. Absolutely NO compassion for anything. I hope they all die of cancer!
