Customer service is garbage at this place and expect to stay here for couple hours because their mechanics are chatting to each other oil change took one hour i ll rather go to jiffy lube you done in 15 minutes and they take care of your car fill up windshield washer check air pressure in almost same price ..regret coming here ..but never again

Took 1hour total on a Wednesday pm. Two flanged connections on the exhaust system were leaking, so they replaced them with straight pipe. $140 out the door. Great place.

I seen all the great reviews so I took a chance replacing the catalytic convertor on my sons Mazda. 2 weeks later the "check engine" light came on. We finally brought the care in for repair somewhere else. The mechanic said that the oxygen sensor was damaged and the connecting wire was replaced with some cheap alternative and had already corroded. He also said that the weld job was horrible and we would be lucky for it to last another 6 months.

Quick, reliable service. Definitely a more affordable option - for the same repair I was quoted $411 at Merlin’s and Velasquez did it for just $180. Will likely be back for more maintenance/repairs!

I had acatalytic converter that was intact, but a flange that had been attached had rusted iff.
They were able to weld a new flange to the catalytic converter and to the attached exhaust pipe, saving me considerable expense. Total cost: $120.

I brought to fix my car because it was very noisy, they fixed it according to them but when driving it the car was worse I returned and they told me that the problem was another but they charged me $300 they did not want to return the money. The manager is not a nice person at all, I do not recommend this place.
