The store manager who I had spoken to on the phone before I drove over came right out to help. Rather than unnecessarily selling me a new part and labor, he took his time and made a series of adjustments that resolved the problem free of charge. Wow! I was provided with courteous, quality care and would recommend this establishment to anyone.”
