I went to dine in or drive thru. They close both at by 9 pm on Sunday and upon asking they said they close due to deep cleaning. Upon asking manager contact they denied to provide me. Cleary lazy people. I really hope store owner and manager and corporate know this is happening. Would never go back there again. Such a unprofessional. It Cleary showing on doors open until 1 am.

It took them more than 15 minutes to place my order and there weren't even customers in the restaurant or in the drive-thru, so I don't understand why.

Despite being known for its quick service, this particular Taco Bell location failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The wait times were inexplicably long, leaving me wondering why the term "fast food" was even applicable.It's disheartening to see a restaurant with such potential fall short in delivering on its promise of efficiency. One would expect a seamless and speedy experience at a fast-food establishment, but sadly, that was not the case here.In conclusion, if you're looking for quick and efficient service, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Taco Bell, at least this particular location, seems to have missed the mark when it comes to living up to its reputation as a fast-food chain.

Came through the drive thru, they refused to do two separate orders. I had to back up out of the long drive thru so I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes for the other cars to get their orders so we could go in. I had to drag my toddler out of the car just to go inside. Ordered on the kiosk and waited for ten minutes after paying to finally get my order. My boyfriend also substituted steak on his burrito, paid an extra dollar, and didn’t receive it. So not only are they lazy, they are also incompetent.

Came here during the snow storm. Martell appeared to be the only one working. He was taking orders in the drive thru, shoveling and taking orders to cars. He has a great attitude and deserves a raise ? ?

How are you open at 8am but I arrive at 8:15 am and all doors are locked and no one can seem to answer the phone?! That’s bad business? Either change your hours or be open at the scheduled time.

Not sure what the negative fuss is all about but I dropped by today to get some eats and all was well. Super clean inside and they even have a Christmas tree :)

Stop giving this place business!This place has gone downhill.I have come to this Taco Bell for years and it was never the greatest, but lately it is terrible!I ordered my food at 5:20 and it is now 5:47 and I am still waiting for my food. This is a fast food restaurant. What the heck! And this happens every time I come!The eating area is also always terrible! Dirty and it doesn’t seem like they clean. As I sit here waiting for my food, the lobby is being cleaned. Very slowly. The worst part, I saw the person cleaning everything with water from the soda fountain. No soap or disinfectant in sight.The person attending people is nice but very slow. The people in back at working horribly slow.Whoever owns this franchise should just shut down because they obviously do not care. If not that then they need a new manager.I will not come again!P.S. finally got my food at 6:03

Customer service is horrible!If you are comingvhere it better be ur last resort for food and has to be 2am. Ur better off going home and making urself a Ramon Noodle cupFood was horrible. Workers were horrible.

Only the drive through was open. I ordered 3 tacos. They asked if I wanted hot sauce. I said yes. They took my payment but couldn't count the change, took like 3 people to count it, they said I was missing 50 cents. I wasn't, but I gave them another 50 cents anyway. They gave me my tacos. Tacos were good. There was no hot sauce in the bag. I tried going back to ask for hot sauce but all doors were locked and nobody answered the drive through.

Every time I order two simple things a burrito and nachos they can never remember the nachos. Order Mexican pizza multiple times never cut. Awful service I guess that's just what Taco Bell is known for these
