Do not accept post-paid promotions until each and every detail is clarified. If possible, carefully evaluate the change to be made. Then charges appear that were not scheduled. It is preferable to stay prepaid and not have surprises of any kind. Change your plan for nothing. It is better to change the operator because the surprises will last 2 years.

Very rude people working here, not helping at all.No smile, no help, ridiculous.WORTH service ever.. Mexican women, was very rude, she said her name is Chrystal..not sure if it's truth.Very unhappy..

Eric and John assisted us in getting an issue resolved. They also helped get my uncle on a plan that provided him basic services he used at a much better rate. They were very attentive to his needs and extremely helpful.

Employees acknowledged me but we're not really interested in doing anything other than diddling on their phone. The store had very little selection of devices, as do others in the area. I will have to go to Best buy to get a phone since the inventory at all local T-Mobile stores is old, they really only carry Samsung and apple products and I am not interested in those companies. I would like to see newer Motorola, OnePlus, Oppo, TCL and Sony products! No wonder their store sales are down. Bad selection of merchandise and employees that mope around.

I have probably been to five T-Mobile stores in the last year. I have not had a positive experience until I walked in the Hanover Park store. They are AMAZING!!! So knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond. I will never go to any other store. Thank you for all of your help!Very satisfied customer!
