After stopping at Starbucks, ... noticed this shop to walk in to browse. Have some variety but dry appearance. Anyway, picked pack of Ashton half corona and paid about $25.00. Two person behind counter wasn't friendly. No zip lock and asked for match but just told me "no". Not interested in customer or care for cigar but just want to sell...sell...sell.... At Byron's cigar lounge, same pack of Ashton is sold at about $13. Total rip off here!!

Guy behind the counter was kind of unfriendly. Cigars were a bit overpriced. I'm staying with Byron's Cigar Lounge, my go-to place.

Great place with good people. The owner is a good guy, employees are cool, regulars are awesome to chat up. Prices are normal for a lounge and top notch selection. They do take care of you here.

The owner is very disrespectful. I have been to every Cigar Lounge in the Chicagoland area with my friends I never met someone that wants to give their customer a bad experience to never come back

If you don’t know how to talk to customers, you shouldn’t be running a business. Very rude owner. I bought a cigar yesterday came to smoke today and he told me I can’t smoke it today because I didn’t buy it today. How stupid is that?
