Mari is a sweet woman probably the best customer service especially being in this kind field she has a lot's of patience. Don't see that much in the retail business especially people can be annoying. “I was looking for a specific Cross pendant and called Elk Grove Jewelry & Pawn on a whim. I described what I was looking for and Jade stated that she had what I was looking for and quoted me a price. Upon arrival, Jade showed me the Cross and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I looked at the price tag and the price on the tag was higher than what was quoted. HOWEVER, Jade honored the price which she quoted me over the phone. I have never had an experience like that in a Pawn shop before! Not only did Jade handle our transaction with integrity, she was extremely friendly and very very helpful!
