Modest shop with decent selections. Very clean with friendly service, which I found surprising given the location.

Selection is ok, not the best, but for the size, I guess. The prices seem to be higher than around the area but in the positive. It's easy to get in and plenty of parking.

They have sold this liquor store. It is now called Amigo Liquor. I went in there today to buy some vodka and some gin. When I got to the register, the prices were different than what was advertised on the shelf. I pointed this out to the owner/manager and he said that these were the old prices and I told him that he could not do that and that he needed to change the prices , or honor the prices that were on the shelf. He also tried to tell me that that was because of taxes. I told him I did not care for the way he was doing his business and left.

Very nice liquor store in the neighborhood, it clean and updated and the best part they carry Casa Humilde. The price on the Casa Humilde sometimes a bit over priced here. Also wished they had a bigger selection of it since they make so many different flavors. Also they have pinche miches mix

Nice little place with good selection of beer and liquor. Its like a small Specs or Total wine and more. And if they don't have what you want or like you can order it there.

It's a fairly good store. It's clean. The parking is well lit and clean. They have a fairly good selection of beers, wine and liquors. Also they have a decent selection of cigars. Throw in some lottery tickets and you got a pretty good liquor store as far as liquor stores go. It's Hanover Park so you get what you get. But I like coming here for a quick trip. Never had any issues inside or outside. I would recommend it if you're in the area.

A year ago I purchased two bottles of liquor, one was tequila and the other scotch which were packaged in these flimsy black plastic bags with no protective measures. A plastic sleeve around expensive bottles could have prevented this issue similar to what Binny's uses. When I placed the bottles on the front seat of my brand new Lincoln SUV, the bottles barely touched each other and unknowingly to me one of them broke. I found this out upon arrival to my house where the contents were now imbedded in the upholstery of my two week old vehicle. I went back to the store seeking some kind, any kind of restitution and corrective action on their part and was offered a $5.00 discount on another bottle. Afterwards I verified by reviewing my receipts and bank account that I was spending close to $150.00 a month at this store due to the proximity to my house and a decent selection. A similar issue had happened to me a few year back where a bottle fell out of a shopping cart in the parking lot at a different store. The store replaced the bottle at no cost and explained to me that because the seal had not been broken that they can return the pieces and intact seals as is to their distributor for replacement. That makes sense and was very decent on their part. Now, I wasn't expecting the same from this store, but a $5.00 discount on another bottle? Meanwhile my car reeked of tequila for over two months. Luckily I hadn't been stopped by the police around that time, there was no way they were going to buy my response to the smell in the car. 63% of customers stop doing business due to bad customer service, and for every customer complaint, there are 26 other unhappy customers who remain silent. And those that don't complain, just go away and never return. I did complain and was offered a $5.00 discount. I don't need a discount, what was needed was corrective action so that this does not happen to another customer. Are you listening?
