My family went to Mattress Firm and purchased a new bed Mattress. The staff let's my family set on a model Mattress. The location is in Hanover Park Park. MATTRESS Firm delivers new MATTRESS to customers homes. The mattress Firm driver delivers mattress to customers homes. And the mattress Firm driver will remove the old mattress, bed frame, head board. And MATTRESS Firm driver will assemble the new bed frame and put the new mattress on the bed frame and shows customers how to bring the bed up and down. The Coworker named Karla is the awesome worker! Because Karla let's customers test the model Mattress. And also on TV is chemerical saying how do you sleep at night.

After leaving another mattress store that was across the street, we decided to pop into this MattressFirm just to see what inventory they had. We were so discouraged from the last store that we even left our car running in the parking lot with the AC on! As soon as we walked in, we met a man named Charlie at the desk. Right away, he gave us that “good vibes” feeling. Charlie was very calm and friendly, and he quickly pointed us in the direction of what we were looking for. It didn’t take very long before Charlie was able to locate both beds we needed at a much lower price than the other guy AND delivery to our door in 2 days for no extra charge!! The other store across the street quoted us double the price and said it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver due to “production delays”!!?!
Everything was so easy with Charlie and he never made us feel like we were dealing with a “salesman”. He is just a nice family man who clearly has a wealth of knowledge on the industry. We were so happy with our experience that we sent our in-laws there the next day and they purchased a mattress from Charlie too.
Our mattresses were delivered to us on time and we are so very happy with them.

I purchased a mattres around five months ago an the mattres has a 1" hole that they called body impressions, but they will not allow to proceed with a warranty claim until the hole is 1.5". So be carefull with the warranty from these stores. I regret not purchasing this at Costco, they really have way better policies around warranties.

Super nice very good customer service, the sales person answered all my questions my daughter bought a mattress two weeks ago recommended me to this location and i am happy i came here even though i live in the city.
