My fiancé and I met with Laila, she was amazing! Very understanding and knowledgeable. She helped us understand the hard parts of taxes and made sure we were set up for years to come. The place is owned by middle eastern couple the husband as far as I can see sits in the back n is afraid of his wife ..the wife manipulates people that have appointments she is over her employees while with customers she is on her personal phone while clicking buttons on computer then she messes up tax return as she did mine n my 2 sons as well

It was my first time going to this Jackson Hewitt location and my first time ever going to Jackson Hewitt Tax Services because I used different accountants in the past. The accountant (Laila) was very kind, nice, helpful and approachable person! ? I felt comfortable talking to her right away! Im so glad I went here to file my taxes! Laila S. Is the absolute best! She is incredibly knowledgeable, she does my entire families taxes. She brought up very good points about refund etc. she is very friendly, very patient and incredibly personable. My family wouldn’t trust anyone else with our taxes.
