Extremely disappointed with the service I received at this car detail center. Upon arriving, there was no staff present to assist with my car drop-off. Despite repeatedly asking for help, I was left waiting and even tried calling their number numerous times without any response. When I finally retrieved my car, I was shocked to find that not only was the cup holder not cleaned, but the trunk hadn't been touched either. I tried speaking to an employee, but they seemed unaware of the situation and couldn't locate the person named Tony. I paid $200 for this service, and even after reaching out with I still haven't received a response. It's disappointing that they haven't addressed these issues. I couldn't upload a video to show the condition of my car on here. I have a video clearly shows the neglected compartment at their parking lot with the usual 'thank you' paper left on the driver's side. I wish I could give them 0 starService: Auto detailing

This was the first time I have even gotten a car detail & I chose H2O because it’s close to my house. Miguel did a beyond great job on my car, it was absolutely DISGUSTING. With two kids and a busy schedule, I could never keep it as clean as I wanted to and it was time for a fresh start so I finally treated my car to the cleaning it deserved. I just got a car passed down to me from family and the car was filthy, Tony cleaned my car up so nice, there was so many things I forgot that were even in the car. It looks like such a different car it’s so nice and clean! Thank you Tony!! You’re the best?

I took my Jeep today for an interior detail (which was COVERED in dog hair) and they absolutely killed it. Looks like the day I bought it from the dealer! Friendly workers, hard workers and do a phenomenal job. Highly recommend H20. I will definitely be a returning customer.Service: Auto detailing

My wife and I both have monthly car washes for our 2 cars. Car wash does a great job. Haven't used the vacuum area at all.

I’ve been to this location several times and have never been disappointed with any of their car detailing services. Called this morning to see if I can get my Highlander in for a detailing. Tony was super helpful and honest with what the car needed. Dropped off the car around noon and got a call around 3pm saying car was ready! The car looks fabulous inside and out! I just purchased a Honda CR-Z and it needed a deep cleaning. The seats are light gray so you can see EVERYTHING. H2O Auto Spa delivered! They gave everything the deep cleaning it deserved and took great care of my car. Thanks guys! I've attached before and after pictures.

I had the INTERIOR AUTO DETAILING service performed this week on my 2009 TOYOTA COROLLA. My car had been gathering dust, dirt, coffee stains and yes: food crumbs for a decade. After the detailing, my car interior was not only super clean it was SPOTLESS! I told the owner that I didn’t even recognize it. It looked brand new and smelled fresh and clean. Love this Carwash! I am a monthly, fast pass Carwash member and absolutely love washing my vehicle here. I recommend this business to everyone. My car always is clean and shiny. Also, I vacuum my car for free, clean my floor mats for free and they have these wonderful high pressure air guns that I use to blow out my interior and exterior.

Awesome customer service. We waited a little too long after our roadteip down south, bugs got all dried up. Manager not only let us go through a second time but took time to manually blast/scrub off the mess before the 2nd round. Very kind! Will definitely be returning.

Today at 11:31 AM I paid for the H20 Auto Spa, Supreme Wash Plus which includes the Underbody Blast. When I pulled out of the wash my gas peddle was stuck and sped up causing me to run across the curbs blowing out 2 of my tires & nearly running into a tree. 9 minutes later at 11:40 AM I was forced to pull into the Just Tires, 2 blocks away to replace two tires. Spoke with Tony the manger who said it was impossible that the car wash caused my gas peddle to stick & refused to discuss anything since they weren't driving my car. He suggested that my floor mat probably caused the gas peddle to stick. My car is a Volvo and floor mats are bolted into place.

Went to get my car washed after snow, encountered a slight hiccup but the owner was a standup guy and went out of the way to fix the issue! Would go back and to add that the wash itself did a great job cleaning up the vehicle!
