This is a quality organization who has provided me with great service over the years when I wanted to replace the lighting in my home. I would highly recommend this company. I can pick up any product I order from them without worrying about shipping and delivery fees. They have assisted me in getting some existing lights repaired and for replacements as well. It’s been a great experience each time I worked with them. Dave is particularly responsive and helpful in finding me the best lighting for my space. I always think of them for my lighting needs.”

“My bed didn't change after 5 years of use even though I have 2 cats ! I'm ready to share my experience since I'm waiting for new delivery to have more in addition to the bedroom set. I attached below photos of new stylish black chair with loveseat that's gonna go to the office once i fully prepare the room. That looks modern and fantastic! Also I'm waiting for that cozy ans soft sectional with those unique looking and easy cleaning consoles! I gonna get it in orange instead of blue and in different size. But let me share with the last 2 photos I attached of my bed, where first photo is made 5 years ago and the second one - is current. As you see, there's no changes with the bed even though I have cats and I moved my bed 3 times since I purchased it !Now I got delivered new Tempur-Pedic hybrid "Luxe-Breeze", love how it has 2 layers of the cover besides the waterproof protector I use on the top of it. Outstanding level of look and sleep quality. My spine was never so relaxed as now and it got so easy to sleep straight on the back instead of changing position all night long. Definitely recommend , I'm obsessed with how my bedroom looks like and can't wait for the sofas coming in! “I have been searching and researching for the right chair for my work-from-home experience. went to many office furniture places in the City and wasn't completely satisfied with the service, selection, and prices. so I decided to look into the suburbs for help and found Chairtech in Carpentersville. I contacted Marty, who was extremely friendly and informative over the phone. I went the next day to the showroom and was completely blown away by the selection and the knowledge and experience these guys had. They literally rebuild all the chairs at sight. Marty had me try out many chairs as he suggested that till I sit in different chairs, it's hard to know which chair is the right fit for me. I was actually there to buy a more expensive chair but he suggested that some of the lesser-known chairs that were not in my research list might be a better fit. He was right. I left their showroom extremely happy and saved a lot of money compared to what other places had for sale. I was there for at least two hours and not once did they make me feel, that I am taking too much time for purchasing just one chair. I highly recommend Marty and Chairtech for all your office and chair needs. These guys are legit and truly care about putting you in the right chair and not just the most expensive one. I will be back and will tell all my coworkers.”
“Monica was wonderful I ordered picture wall art it came damaged. I didn’t wanna go into the store, but I had to because I had to return it. Monica was very helpful. Sad thing is all the pictures were damage so it really wasn’t their fault that they didn’t check it before they sent it out, but when I got there, she refunded me my delivery charge and the wall art in full I will return. I love the store. People were very helpful clean store. It is turned around though. It doesn’t look like the Elmhurst store so zero on the wall art but five on the Customer Service.”
“My new go to furniture store. I recently moved into a new home so as expected, I needed to purchase many new pieces. After two failed attempts by Wayfair to deliver a bedroom set, my wife and I had to start searching for a set from a different store. I found Hollywood Furniture using a Google search so we decided to stop in one Saturday morning. I met the owner Monier who is very gracious. We also partnered with Jessica, and they both helped us find a new bedroom set. The sales experience was refreshing. I didn't have to pay anything upfront plus they offer free delivery. If anything arrives damaged, they will make it right. There were two drawers from that set that arrived damaged and in 2 business days I had new drawers delivered direct to me. I then canceled an existing order with another furniture company and placed that order with Hollywood. Part of that second order just arrived and we're very happy. Please check them out if you need furniture for your home. Hollywood partners with various manufacturers so they may find exactly what you're looking for.”
“Spiritcraft custom built a live edge, walnut table in January 2023. It was to our dimensions of 76 x 42" with a spider base. They were very patient with us through the design process with our fussy questions and requests for photos. The table was delivered on time, assembled in the house and it looks just like new 10 months later. No warping, no cracks - perfect. The whole process and quality of the table exceeded our expectations. So much better than buying from a high volume furniture store, knowing that a family business built it and stands behind the product. We looked at many competitors for live edge tables and this could not be beat. I share some pictures of the table below. I highly recommend Spiritcraft.”

“From the outside, you would not think that Charles Custom Dinettes would have what we were looking for to furnish a brand new modern kitchen/dining room remodel. I WAS SO WRONG!!Originally, we saw our furniture at a high end furniture store not too far from CCD. I was ready to order it when my husband suggested we check out CCD. Talked to Steve and he pointed us to what we were looking for. There were the counter stools and dining room table and chairs we wanted. They were the brand and models we saw at the other store. CCD actually had the finish and top samples in full size versus the swatch colors from the other place. (This was a life saver!! We almost selected from the small swatches something that was way too shiny and a color that would not have matched our decor!!)But wait, there's more!! Not only did we get to see, feel and touch the actual products, but the price Steve quoted us was $4,000 less than the other store. One more thing...this was Nov 11 and Steve said we will have it by Christmas while the chain store said it will take 16 weeks!! Steve delivered both figuratively and literally!!!Anyone looking for quality stools for a bar or counter, you must go to Charles Custom Dinettes! They have quite a selection.Here are some pictures of both the dining room set and counter stools. (We ordered 6 of these).”

“I can't begin to explain how happy we are with Mary and Angelique with the Sleep Number store in Schaumburg, IL.!!! We went in for the first time ever just to check them out and they were busy. Mary and Angelique not only greeted us but were also very attentive to my family. While they explained all the various Sleep options they had to offer they also addressed my Wife's and my very different Sleep styles. They came up with our PERFECT solution. We bought a new ILE bed with adjustable base and we are sooo happy we did. Delivery and set up by the delivery guys was instructional, fast and easy.
