This lady does not know how to work with dyes, she only charges for her time and dearly... never enter that place, she steals in the most intelligent way and her work is of no use, it looks like she is no longer prepared and if you complain to her, she does not want to lose anything, her dyes are terrible and another that if they like to work they end up fixing what this lady never knows how to do but never go there there are much better places

Such a GREAT experience! I came for Balayage using the Groupon deal and also got a haircut. She was amazing! I showed her what I wanted and she gave me the perfect color. Also her blowout was so great and fast. The whole process took less than 3 hours which in my opinion is super fast.

While the stylist was very nice and did a good job on my hair, it was not what I wanted. I wanted a lighter brown balayage and I got a bright copper color. I tried to give it a chance but the second day I called back to see what could be done to fix it. She said she could wash it out but charged me. So I paid for a balayage that wasn't the color I wanted and charged to correct it. I'm sorry but I don't think that was right.Service: Balayage

My friend had tried this place because of a groupon deal, thinking it was a nice time to treat herself after moving across the country, from California to Chicago. The move was stressful and it was time for a de-stressing, pleasant change. Self Care is important! At the end of the hair treatment, my friend was more stressed leaving than going in. I included stock images of what a proper balayage should look like, and the second photo is the treatment my friend walked out with. As an honest friend, I had to tell my girl that she had gotten 2000's highlights that were cut off before the roots. The benefit of the doubt is that this is the first balayage this stylist has ever attempted. The groupon didn't include a cut, just the balayage, which, okay - that's reasonable. But the stylist did charge more just because my friends hair was slightly thick and wavy, and not a 1 or 2a curl pattern??? The stylist then tried to detangle and straighten (flatten) my friend's hair which isn't the most flattering style for balayage. The stylist also tried to use a de-tangling solution rather than a cream, oil, or leave in conditioner. My friend, bless her soul, still tipped her stylist for the effort. But please, please do research before attempting another balayage.

They are great. I worked with Bertha. She used morrocan oil. She gave me a deep treatment and haircut and blow dry. I had no wait. She cut off exactly the amount I wanted
