Please remove the emblem of Private Client from this branch. The General Manager Al Perez is inconsiderate. He could not manage a Dairy Queen. Their meaning of Private Client is to do not disturb staff while they sit in cubical fishbowl rooms and play on their cell phones rather than greeting clients. I came in to open another account nobody was there to greet me so I walked into one of the rooms where a gentleman was sitting behind his computer and asked to speak to someone in private client. The gentleman got up walked into the office and was intercepted by the general manager Al Perez. Al cut in front of me with no regard and closed the office door. He continued to talk to this Sam for 15-20mins while leaving me and other patrons unassisted. This is a joke to call this a Private Client Branch.

Chase is the worst bank to deal with.I had a dispute with a charge on my credit card and 7 months and 35 pages later of explaining why I was disputing the amount they couldn't even get it straight which company the dispute was against!! Also, the personal banker never returned phone calls and I also went into 2 different locations to get more information on the dispute faxed and neither bank had a working fax machine.The only responses I received was a standard reply that never answered my concerns.

The personal banker Adam didn't do his due diligence on a situation and lied to avoid the investigation of a situation with my account which three days later cost me a restricted account and 4hours in another branch with another banker to get it straightened out. Had he done his job this never would've have happened. Also, they had an employee working there knowing full well that they had covid-19. After announcing it to a customer who complained they closed the branch but didn't notify ANY CUSTOMERS who had come in contact with the person. I found out from the other branch that fixed the mess the banker had created. Now I'm forced into a 10 day quarantine and a testing after months of being very careful NOT to become infected!!

9:07 AM, July 6th. I went into the lobby with a mask on. Went to the lady at the counter. Told her I needed to withdraw in 100 dollar bills. She told me I can do that in the ATM lobby. It would've been preferable to go at the counter for 100s because the ATM is usually out of 100s. So I got my money in 100s. But my sister could not. She wanted her money in 100s. But the ATM wouldn't let her because it ran out of 100 dollar bills. So she had to take her money in 20s instead. I think the woman at the counter was very rude. Because she wasn't doing anything. She was just standing there. Not helping us. Also the paper right next to her said, it allowed withdrawals, money orders etc. And the lady at the counter name is Nina. That's why I'm giving this chase bank, 1 star.

Worst bank ever. I was waiting for 25 minutes on a Saturday plus there was people behind me. They take forever to do every transaction despit that there's the virus going on which I understand but they shouldn't be taking 10-15 with every customer. Just because it was 12:30 and they already closed they couldn't consider that there was people waiting for more than 10 minutes in line. For the teller to say they are closed.. they need to fix this issue it is not fair for the rest of the people. I waited 40 minutes.. they need to train the tellers and have someone come outside and put a sign of the cut off time.. so people don't waste time

This is my new Chase. Went in last week to open up an account with my hubby-to-be and of course we went in after work, so we got there about 15-20 minutes before closing. Kinda felt bad, but also hoped they would set it up quickly. Jorge was kind enough to help us and I even let him know I knew it was later in the day and I would understand if it was too late for him to help us....absolutely not!! He was more than accommodating. We were in there for almost an hour and kept him from having a hot meal at home. What a guy! He was very informative and extremely helpful. He set us up with our checking and savings and went through everything intimately with us. He even set up the saving account to only allow me to withdrawal from it 4 times per month- their way to help you NOT take money out of savings. LOVE IT!! Went home that night and downloaded the app on my iPhone. People, did you know that you deposit checked on your iPhone just by taking a photo of the check front and back?? Technology is amazing!! I sat in my recliner the other night and deposited funds into checking from my living room!! It's very conveniently located at a main intersection of Irving Park Road and Barrington Road near the Ultra Foods and BK. Jorge has invited us back to bring all of our bills and HE will set up all of our bills online for us. Love him!! Go see Jorge for all of your banking needs. Super helpful and on top of his game!
