*********SELLER BEWARE ******************If I could rate this location management team with negative stars. I went in to reopen a prior loan and possibly sell other items. They were able to locate it in the system. They gave me an excuse that I wasn't the primary on it. The last amount would not be honored. Then proceed to basically call items for sale even though they were purchased in store at Bloomingdale. They constantly spoke Spanish during the whole process. I asked could the jewelry be sold instead of a loan. During that process I was given a price which we agreed upon. After that price I noticed the employee weighed the jewelry 5 times through a mirror behind him. He then gave a lower number. I asked for help from assistant manager. His reply was nothing could be done. He was standing there during the whole ordeal and personally gave previous number. Then the manager she joined conversation being loud and extremely rude. I stated to her that was unprofessional and lack empathy for me. She said it's how she talks and if I'm not careful will be tossed out like a piece of trash. They had my ID which shows I'm a disabled veteran and traveled a distance. Needless to say after a hour of them trying to con me I was thrown out. I didn't get anything other than frustrated and loss of time. I have small children and funds were needed to take care of them during their Christmas holiday for food.

Do not go here to sell gold. The lady told me my gold was not real without testing it. Just went to PGS.

I had called to ask if they take Nikes and they said they did. I come in after paying for an Uber to get there and they tell me that the shoes look “busted” and “rough” when they had been worn maybe once or twice. The person working barely even inspected them. I’m just annoyed I wasted my time and money and they didn’t even try to accommodate me.

Overpriced Breitling watch too... expensive The dark guy that works there is the go to guy for prices and he looks like he likes to scam people be aware Also how can you sell items that are used at new prices and then people that are hard working go in there and get scammed these places should be condemned for that practice only.

This place is a big scam stay away go to another pawn shop if possible there internet sales are horrible they don't honor prices placed by them. You will waste your time coming to purchase something only for them to change the price.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SPOKE TO A GIRL WHO ANSWERED WAS OF NO HELP AND KEPT ME ON HOLD WITHOUT EVEN SAYING ANYTHING. I HAD TO CALL BACK AND SPOKE WITH PETER, ALL I WANTED WAS INFORMATION ABOUT MY ACCOUNT AND HE NOT ONLY SOUNDED IRRITATED AND ANNOYED BECAUSE IM ASKING YOU A QUESTION ABOUT MY ACCOUNT? AFTER I PICKED UP ON HIS RUDE ENERGY I JUST ASKED FOR HIS NAME AND HE ABRUPTLY HUNG UP. ITS REALLY UNFORTUNATE THEY HIRE THE MUST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE TO HANDLE THE MOST IMPORTANT BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY.
