Carsmart installed a radio to replace the factory one in my 2009 Pontiac Solstice.The install was very professional and it looks great like it was factory installed. The backup camera and phone interface is a nice feature. Makes me feel like I'm driving a new car.

I called for a quote. I gave the person the information he requested for the quote and he left me hanging. I even followed-up and no response! Very unprofessional! I recommend taking your business elsewhere!

Went in with the intention to ask about pricing for a remote start alarm, midway through me asking information the phone rings he answers it leaving me talking mid conversation to myself and proceeds to have a conversation with someone else that he knew based off of comments said. Just a complete Richard.

First of all the place smells like weed when you walk in.. that's not an issue but it gets worse.. my fiance gets tricked to get a battery from them for 300$ and they didn't even give a core pay back.. these people take advantage to get the most. They charge 50$ to install a battery? I called them and said I would do the battery myself . They said its already "installed" like its some sort of a hard job? (Lol) And all of a sudden it's a 50$ extra fee a day because there busy.. illegal immigrants I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this place. Especially females.. I'm calling better business bureauThis was for the intoxilock system.. there is many more reviews below saying the same thing with the battery they just want to make money because they are broke. Do not go to this place!!!They also start showing me some bogus prices online saying this is it and start arguing with me asking if I'm mad like they wanna fight. Trust me I do buddy but the better business bureau is going toAlso the intoxilock system was going to be 180.. they charged 350$ this place needs to be shut down!!!

They cracked my grill installing alarm. They left black oil stained footprints inside on the floor. And the automatic ignition stopped working less then a year after I bought it from him. I wish I went somewhere else. Waste of money.

Had my intoxalock installed here and my car wouldn’t start properly for a whole year while I had it. I asked these people and they kept saying I needed a new battery, then a new starter, then a new alternator. I heard someone else complaining with the same issue and they gave the same answers. I never got any of the new services they suggested but went to a different shop for the removal and haven’t had a problem starting the car since. They just want to make extra money off more services. Be careful.
