Staff is very friendly and informative and service was very quick..first time I met the new manager and I was impress with not only how he addressed each customer as he greeted them but the overall interaction he had as if he knew each customer personally makes you feel very comfortable and glad you didnt make a mistake going in. He was very professional courteous and honest and friendly..I would highly recommend this place

Went in twice for a wheel alignment. First time Mike said he couldn't do an alignment because my front tires were worn down to 3/32nds ok so he tried to sell me tires and I told him I'd talk to my wife because she wants to go with the oem tires the car comes with. Mike said the ones they have are better blah blah blah. I said il let him know. Next time I call to ask for a quote on both tires continental and michelin he just gave me rough numbers, not actual. So we found a better deal at another tire place and got the oem michelins for a couple hundred cheaper than he stated. Ok called him about getting in for a wheel alignment, he didn't know who I was just said "sure come on in well get it done right away" so we came in told him we got tires somewhere else just needed alignment after that his tone changed and all of a sudden he said he "felt betrayed" and now it was gonna be a couple hours, I said oh man I guess we can make it work so we left our car and a couple hours later my wife got a ride with our 3 kids to get her car since they never called, and they tell her they didn't do the alignment once again!? When she asked why they didn't call earlier since it was very inconvenient since now I was at work already and she needed to find a ride. They said they "tried calling a bunch of times and no answer" That was a lie no missed calls and my wife asked the other mechanic to show her what number they called and it was correct. Bottom line is Mike was not happy I got tires somewhere else so decided to waste my time and lie once again and say "well our machine doesn't work with that model year car you have" It's a 2020 kia and since when do you need the model year to align a vehicle? Just lies upon lies will not recommend this place to anybody just scammers trying to take your money. Don't believe their lies. Wasted our time twice!

May 2024 Update
Recommend getting a written estimate prior to starting any work on your vehicle. I'm very disappointed in the current manager who tries to maximize profits and charges as much as dealerships to replace parts on your car. I have a lifetime wheel alignment purchased for two vehicles at this CarX location, however, I won't be back here getting any service done.
Jan 2023 Update
Visited CarX again and wanted to say Javier and Hugo did a good job servicing my vehicle. As soon as I dropped it off, my van was taken into the garage and serviced as I requested. Thank you guys for providing outstanding customer service!
2021
I had my vehicle towed to Car-X a few weeks ago after my vehicle had two flat front tires. Both of my tires were replaced right after they received my car. I received great customer service from Jason and the mechanic who worked on my car for the tire replacement and wheel alignment. I will definitely be revisiting Car-X for my future maintenance needs.
